Lemon Meringue Pie… Cake!

This occasion cake was difficult to not dig into myself!!!

Layers of lemon cake 🍰, toasted meringue frosting 🔥, lemon curd 🍋, and graham cracker crumbles 🍪 were topped with more toasted meringue!!!!  Sprinkled with more graham cracker crumbles and lemon curd, this cake was a show stopper!

   
   

Sheet cake!!

Not always my favorite to make, but sheet cakes are great for large groups! Here is a recent one done for a recently ordained minister. Half vanilla, half chocolate with buttercream and fondant decorations!
