Happiest 1st Birthday to Jackson! His woodland themed birthday party included: a White Velvet Blueberry-filled smash cake with Chocolate buttercream and chocolate bark, and was paired with 3 types of cupcakes! Cupcakes were: S’mores (graham cracker crust, melted chocolate, chocolate cupcake, and toasted meringue frosting), Carrot Cake (with Coconut Cream Cheese frosting), and a Gluten- and Dairy-free Vanilla (with Strawberry frosting)!
This cute little strawberry cake was dairy- and soy-free, and made with raw coconut sugar! Still just as cute as can be!! Topped with coconut and gold sprinkles, and colored with all natural food coloring!
