Owl themed Baby Shower

Here is my most recent cake, for a baby-girl, owl themed shower!

The bottom layer is chocolate with buttercream frosting, the top layer is white velvet raspberry filled with buttercream. Both layers are fondant covered and decorated!

Baby Shower Sweets!

Last weekend was my sister’s baby shower… and I have to say: I definitely out did myself on the desserts! Congratulations to my sister, her husband and their almost-here little one!
The theme of the shower was “You Are My Sunshine” and here are the sweets:   A carrot cake (the Pluviose favorite!), chocolate and vanilla cake pops, carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, red velvet cupcakes with white chocolate amaretto frosting, chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting, and white velvet raspberry filled cupcakes with buttercream frosting!!
